I have finally reached a place of peace in my life. I think it’s because I’m spending the majority of my time listening.
I find when I listen, my brain is no longer focused on the next thing I’m going to say or act upon and, consequently, I experience. It all starts with shutting my big ol’ mouth for a minute lol!
